SOP reserves the right to change, modify, add, remove or otherwise change any portion of these terms and conditions of use in which all or in part of at any time without notice. Changes in these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when posted on this site.  Therefore it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions on a regular bases to determine and be aware of any changes have that been made. Your continued use of this site after any changes have been made to these terms and conditions of use are posted, will be considered as acceptance of those changes.

Please take note that this website is owned and operated by SOP and all of it’s contents, designs and photos featured on this site is copyrighted to SOP and may not be reproduced and, used publicly  or used else where without written permission.

All photographic images contained on this site are copyrighted to SOP.  Pictures may not be downloaded for personal use, reproduced, copied, stored on your computer, manipulated used or altered in any way or share any images contained on this site unless written permission and a usage agreement is obtained by SOP. The images that appear on this site may not be down loaded by any other means other than the normal viewing purposes. Any down loading or copying of images for any purpose whatsoever ever is a breech to copyrights and strictly prohibited. Only SOP can give you permission to copy distribute or publicly them.  

 No portion or element of this website or its content may be copied or transmitted by any means and is prohibited unless SOP has granted it’s prior written consent. This site and its content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of SOP. 

All rights to the images on this website and in its online picture galleries belong to and are owned exclusively to SOP. 

I also reserved the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the services or the site at any given time including the availably of any features.  SOP will attempt to provide a reasonable notice of such changes of the services of this site.

The purpose of this site in to educate and entertain. I cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access this website. SOP will not be liable to you for any interruption or delays that you experience in accessing this website what ever the cause. SOP shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any persons or entity with aspect to any loss or damage cause or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly by the information contained on this site.

Prices

The flowing terms and conditions are related to ordering images from the online galleries with in this site and on Flickr. 

Prices listed on this site are subject to change without notice.  However you are always guaranteed the listed prices at the time of ordering and I will inform customers of further changes in the prices. 

You can purchase the photographs featured on this site and on my Flickr gallery in the form of photographic prints. Most of the photos on this site are available to buy in a variety of different sizes. 

Prints purchased from these on-line galleries on this site and Flickr galleries are to be used for personal display only.  You may not reproduced, scan, display, transmit, distribute or otherwise exploit the print(s) or any portion there of in any manner, including without limitation, print or electronic reproduction, publication or any display of photographs without the prior written consent of SOP.   If you wish to publish or reproduce the materials in any physical or digital form or use them for any commercial purpose including display or web page use, you must obtain prior written permission of SOP and SOP must be credited for the photo used.  

Please be aware that the images on this site are just a fraction of the photographs that are available for sale.  If you’re looking for a specific photo, please contact me with your precise requirements and I’ll see if I can help you.  The images on this site have been scaled down and the quality reduced to enable the site to load quickly.  The colors may appear differently if your screen is not accurately calibrated. 

Prints are intended for your personal use only and shall not be sold or reproduced other than by SOP. Ownership of a print does not constituted ownership of copy rights. 

Orders

Orders are through email. I will need to know your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address to process your order. Once I receive your order by e-mail and payment(s) has been made in the full amount, your order will be processed.  A conformation e-mail will be sent to you at the email address you have provided when your order has been successfully completed.  This email will state the day it will be mailed, cost and delivery details and estimated date of delivery. Order is shipped to you at the mailing address you provide at the time the order was placed. You have the right to cancel an order and receive a full re-fund if you contact SOP within 24 hours of placing an order.

However, I accept no responsibility for damaged to any photographs while in transit.  You become the sole owner of the print(s) that you have ordered upon receipt to the carrier.  You will assume all risks related to product ordered and SOP will not be responsible for their loss or destruction. 

While every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be the essence and SOP will not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred by the customer or any other persons or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.  SOP will not be liable for any delays in delivering goods caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, within this time or at all.

The customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the good whenever they are tendered for delivery.  

As the customer, you will be liable for any import duty fees, custom brokerage fees and taxes and any other fees related to exporting arising from deliveries outside of Canada.  

Depending on destination of delivery/order, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.  

All prints come signed on the back of each photo/print by the photographer which is SOP. 

SOP hope you are delighted with the print(s) you have purchased. However, the occasion might arise that you want to return an item(s).   

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your print(s) and wish to return them, please inform me within 3 days of receipt. Please send the prints(s) back to me in the original condition/ package in which you received it. I then will issue a full refund for the price you have paid.

All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order. This does not include shipping and handling and you are reasonable for the return costs in shipping. When a refund is processed you will receive an email notification stating so. If the prints are damaged, I will be unable to refund your money. 

Should an order arrive damaged:

SOP makes every effort to deliver photographs without risk of damage. You can always return an item(s) if they are defective. If product was damaged during transportation, you must not except the delivery and specify it to the delivery service for return.  You then must inform me of such damages by email within 3 days after delivery of the order to let me know.  If I’m not informed by such a time as 3 days after delivery of damaged goods, I shall have no liability for the goods alleged to be damaged and there will be no refund. 

To return an item(s), please email me with the reason for the return.  Wrap the package securely and send the package back to SOP. Incase of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault in your email and return the defective item back in its original package.  

If you are returning an item of an error on my part or because it’s defective, I will be happy to refund your cost of the item not including the shipping charges, in returning the item to SOP.  If however, you want to return a product, which is not defective or exchange it for another print(s), you will be responsible for the charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connections with your purchases.  I strongly recommend a recorded delivery service as I cannot be reasonable for lost or damaged item(s) on the way back to me. 

My returns of good policy does not cover the cost of postage and subsequent postage charges. It is the buyer’s responsibility for any extra costs for return and returning costs.  

Privacy

SOP is committed to protecting your privacy.  Any information provided to SOP will only be used for the purpose for which it was intended for.  I will not give, sell, trade, share or rent any of the personal information you provide.  I do not collect personal information about individuals such as names, mailing or email address unless the individual knowingly provided it. I process all information in the strictest confidence and do not give any of your personal information to any other party. 

In choosing to provide this information, you are agreeing to he terms and conditions of SOP privacy policy.

SOP reserves the right at any time to revise this privacy policy.  I encourage you to visit this site to see if any changes have been made.
