Summer Faith Camp on weekdays till July 25.

Theme: Love God, Love our Neighbours.  For children aged 6-12.  Any one week.  $80/week.

CMPC Youth Retreat    Aug 1-3 (Fri-Sun) at Camp Capilano in North Vancouver with the theme “Come and You Will See” (John 1:39).  Ages 12 & up are invited to join us.  The total cost is only $50 per youth.  Registration deadline is Jul 20 (Sun).

 

Project Advance

   Archdiocese and $132,500 for debt repayment.

-Suggestion:        $420 for each family, or $35/month.

Rectory Redevelopment - One Christ One Body     Our parish’s second phase development is to rebuild the priest rectory, which is an integral part of any parish. Our latest total pledge is 1744sq. ft. for a new rectory of 4161 sq. ft.  One square foot: $150.

 

North America Chinese Catholic Clergy, Religious & Laity Convention    Join Bishop Ignatius Wang of San Francisco in a cruise from Vancouver to Los Angeles Sept 28 - Oct 1.  Optional excursions available.  Limited space still available.

Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) will be heading to Beijing this summer to learn and experience the Catholic Church in China, to come to a greater understanding of the Chinese culture and to experience the Olympics first hand. Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel       Jul 16 (Wed) The Carmelite Fathers invite everyone to this significant celebration with Coadjutor Archbishop J. Michael Miller, CSB as the main celebrant of a special Mass at 7:00 p.m. in Guardian Angels Parish, Vancouver. Everyone will get a scapular after the Mass.
