Last Trolley on Cambie Street

"After the TRAMS meeting on Sept. 9, we went for a drive on the full length of Cambie.  The power was still on, but we expect it will be cut off on Saturday.  So, barring some regular service bus that got lost, Brill 2416 was the last bus on Cambie.  Driven from 41st to downtown by Derek, downtown to 41st by Angus, 41st to 64th by Dale, 64th to OTC by Kevin at approximately midnight. I kept saying we have to get home by midnight or we will turn into a pumpkin.  Well, it was close because sometime early Saturday morning the line crew started dismantling the special work at 41st & Cambie."
