Keith Brown

                                                                                                Younger brother of Kerry, Keith has had many musical hats to wear                                                                      wear    in the various forms this band has taken over the past few years.                                                                    years.  Currently, he plays bass for Sleeveen but in the past played                                                                   played mandolin, guitar, and bodhran in Three Masted Schooner and                                                                       and Shallow Bay.  As with Kerry, Keith is from Cow Head, a small                                                                     fishing village on the Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland.  He also                                                                      grew up listening to a variety of rock songs and eastern/Irish music,                                                                   music, a precursor to the sounds that would eventually evolve into into                                                                       that of Sleeveen.  His influences include Metallica, Van Halen, Great                                                                    Great Big Sea, The Fables, and his Great Grandfather, the legendary                                                              legendary Rufus Guinchard.  Keith also shares back-up vocals duty,                                                                     including harmonies on several Sleeveen tunes.
