Kerry Brown

The great grandson of the legendary Newfoundland fiddler, Rufus Guinchard, and former frontman for Three Masted Schooner, Kerry currently has a lead singing role and is the band’s guitarist.  Growing up in Newfoundland with a rich Irish ancestry, Kerry learned to play the guitar and explore the music that his Great Grandfather loved to play world wide.  His love of traditional Newfoundland tunes and heavier rock songs is evident in the mix of rockin’ guitar and booming vocals Kerry brings to the group.  A multi-instrumentalist, in Sleeveen Kerry has decided to devote his playing to guitar.  Kerry is originally from Cow Head, Newfoundland, but now considers Calgary his home and cannot imagine living anywhere else.
