Prices are subject to change without notice. Breakage,
damage or shortage must be paid at replacement costs. Rental rates
quoted for pick up on Friday and return on Monday by noon. Special
rates for longer terms can be arranged. We require a 25% deposit
upon booking, to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is refundable
up to one month before your event. The balance must be paid on pickup
or two days before delivery.
Delivery charges cover loading and unloading off our truck. If
items need to be moved to a different area there will be an extra charge. All items
must be returned to the drop off area, ready for pickup. Chairs should be stacked
or folded and dishes should be in their containers.
Prices in the
Tents section
are for a single event rental (setup on Friday, take down on Sunday or Monday)
If we are delivering a tent, we will bring the rest of your order at no charge.
For your safety, once a tent has been set up for your
event, it can only be moved again by one of our staff. Moving a tent
without the assistance of our staff could result in serious injury to you or your guests.
There are NO refunds on rental items not used (even if the
wrapping has not been removed). Our policy is to rewash every item that leaves our premises.
