So you're planning an event? There are a few things
you should know before our tent technicians arrive to set up your
tent. Plus, a few things you should keep in mind while planning
your gathering. Don't worry, it's nothing you can't handle.
Be sure to check out the site beforehand
In order to ensure your tent is set up where you want, and to ensure
that it doesn't need to be moved after it has been set up, we suggest
you check out the site first. Measure for the tent dimensions and
height (9' at the edge of the tent and up to 18' at the peak). This
lets you have plenty of time to choose the perfect spot for your tent.
Check the weather in advance
Don't let the elements surprise you. If the weatherperson thinks it
might rain or be windy on the day of your event, make preparations
in advance. Consider renting some walls and a patio heater for your
tent. While the forcast may end up being wrong, do you really want
to risk getting wet? Requesting
tent accessories
in advance will guarantee that you'll have them if you need them.
Consider some colour
Classic black and white can be good, but we can match napkins,
balloons, and table cloths to just about any colour scheme you can
throw at us.
Planning a child's party?
The Bouncy Castle is a MUST. Consider renting our bubble machine, popcorn maker, or sno-cone
machine. All of these have been a huge hit with children and come
highly recommended from many customers.
Planning a wedding?
Pick up a free wedding planner from the store. We rent cakes and
cake stands for those perfect picture moments. We also have a huge
selection of wedding supplies like guestbooks, feathered pens, and
bride and groom cake toppers. Don't forget the car decorations!
