Ultimate Soccer School
Welcome to Ultimate Soccer School. You are now in touch with a premier
soccer instructional program providing sessions for all of your soccer
needs. The directors and head coaches of Ultimate Soccer School are Frank
Ciaccia, Dino Alberti and Carlo Alberti. These former professionals and
National Team players have extensive backgrounds as players and coaches
and have demonstrated a commitment to youth soccer development.
Our selected staff coaches have played and/or coached at the highest levels of the game, comprising an acclaimed pool of instructors, the real strength of our program. .
Ultimate soccer School enters its 20th season this summer. We are very proud of
our reputation in the soccer community and convey our thanks to the
hundreds of participants and parents who have contributed to our success.

Early Kicker Session*
Ages 4 - 7 years $110
This is a very popular ten-hour program
for kids just getting started in the game. soccer fundamentals are
introduced with an emphasis on fun. The program includes the original
Mini World Cup which has become a highlight of the week. *Please
note we are now offering a program for 4 year-olds.
Classic
Session*
Ages 8 - 14 years $120
This session incorporates virtually all
aspects of the game at a pace suited to ability. While fundamentals are
the foundation of instruction, individual skills and team tactics are
covered to enhance player development.
Goalkeeper
Session*
Ages 8 - 18 years $120
Our head instructor for this session is
Dino Alberti, former professional with the New
York Cosmos of the North American soccer League. Dino and his highly
qualified assistants direct a uniquely designed program offering personal
instruction to aspiring goalkeepers.

Location
Ultimate Soccer School operates out of the very impressive Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West at 3677 Kensington Avenue, Burnaby. It is
found across from the Bill Copeland Sports Center at Laurel Street (Joe
Sakic Way) and Kensington Avenue.

Frank
Ciaccia
Frank played
his youth soccer with the Grandview
Legion organization and celebrated several provincial cup victories and a
national championship. He represented British Columbia as a U-18 Select
player and moved on to the highly regarded soccer program at Simon Fraser University
earning several honors. Frank was a member of Canada's U-23 Olympic Team
Program and achieved much success serving as the team's captain before
earning selection to the Canadian World Cup Team. He represented Canada in
the qualifying rounds of the 1982 World Cup in Spain. In late 1981, Frank
was drafted second overall by the Toronto Blizzard of the North American
Soccer League. A memorable highlight as
a professional player was an exhibition versus one of the world's most
famous clubs, Juventus of Italy. Frank has also represented Canada as an
indoor "Futsal" player participating in international competitions in
Argentina and Australia. Frank holds a National B License Coaching Certificate and has coached for the Burnaby Metro Selects, the Vancouver Whitecaps in the USL Super Y-League and is currently the Head Coach of the Cliff Avenue United Soccer Academy and the Technical Director for Mountain FC of the USL Super Y-League.
Dino
Alberti
Dino played
his youth soccer with the Grandview
Legion organization winning two provincial titles and a national
championship. He represented British Columbia as a U-16 and U-18 Select
player, later progressing to Canada's Youth and Olympic Team programs.
Dino was selected by the New York Cosmos of the North American Soccer League out of high school and spent three seasons with a world
class line-up, which included the likes of Giorgio Chinaglia, Franz
Beckenbauer and the legendary, Pele. A highlight of his professional
career was winning the NASL Soccer Bowl
Championship in 1980 and 1982. Over the past twenty years, Dino has
dedicated much of his time to goalkeeper-specific clinics throughout the
Lower Mainland assisting countless aspiring youngsters in reaching their
potential. He is the Director of the soccer program for the Vancouver Catholic
Archdiocese, a coach with the girls program at Cliff Avenue United FC,
Goalkeeper Coach with Mountain FC of the USL Super-Y League and Director
of the Cliff Avenue United Goalkeeper Academy.
Carlo
Alberti
Carlo played
his youth soccer with the Grandview
Legion organization and celebrated several provincial cup victories and a
national championship. He represented British Columbia as a U-16 and U-18
Select player before playing internationally with the Canadian Olympic and
Youth Teams. In 1979, he competed in the World Youth Championships in
Japan. The same tournament where the incomparable Diego Maradona of
Argentina made his world debut. Carlo played professionally for the
Houston Hurricane of the North American Soccer League, making him yet another
successful soccer product from the
Vancouver area. As a coach, Carlo guided the Cliff Avenue United Girls
"Vipers" to a Provincial Championship in 2004 and a Bronze Medal in 2005
and 2006. He is currently the U-12 Girls Coach with Mountain FC of the USL Super Y-League and a staff coach with the Cliff Avenue United Soccer Academy. Carlo
holds a Provincial B License Coaching Certificate.
