strawberryJAMM Designs is run by Jenni Merrifield, a professional user experience, web and software designer and developer who specializes in designing and implementing web sites and software applications following a user centered design methodology. She is also a multimedia and graphic designer.

Jenni has 12+ years experience as a professional user experience designer working in areas as diverse as online games, mobile multimedia, windows security and web content management. These experiences have brought her a solid foundation of skills in user interaction design and usability engineering and a deep understanding of software and web application development processes and lifecycle.

Jenni's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from the University of British Columbia (June 1990) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer (Electrical) Engineering from Simon Fraser University (June 1997). More recently, in June 2009, Jenni graduated, with honours, from the Programmer Analyst/Web Developer diploma program at the Burnaby, BC, campus of CDI College, a program that focused equally on web, graphic, multimedia and UI design and on web-oriented software engineering.

Jenni is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for things both technical and creative. She has a wide range of communications and business skills having worked for both large, complex, fast-paced, multi-national corporations, such as Microsoft and Nokia, and smaller, flexible, locally-focused companies, such as NCompass Labs (acquired by Microsoft in 2001) and CGTV Games.
