  • Eat Your Vegetables

Sample mock-up of a book cover. This was the final project for a course in Graphic Prodution with Adobe Photoshop CS4. The objective of the project was to show the student's abilities as a Graphic Designer using Dreamweaver CS4 by creating a print-ready design for a cover of a book utilizing several different tools and techniques. No images or content were provided, leaving the student responsible for choosing a theme, title and author for the book and then locating suitable source images in addition to being responsible for all colour, layout and image manipulation.

  • Bramblewood Elementary School Logo

Two logo designs created as entries to the "Create a Logo" contest at my (at the time) 10-year old son's elementary school. My son described two different ideas he had and then asked me to "make them for me on your computer." The logos had to be two colour designs and had to fit on standard letter size paper (8.5"x11"). Neither are currently in use.
