Through detailed photographic analysis of certain NASA images we have gathered compelling evidence that there was indeed a falsification of the record....
Dark Moon, p. 21

And by analysing David Percy's analysis, I have gathered compelling evidence that the authors of Dark Moon did not know what they were talking about.

Every one of their "photo anomalies" has a natural cause. I can duplicate those anomalies with normal light and simple sets. I will show how you can do the same demonstrations yourself. You will not need any fancy equipment, or even a camera. Just some earth, sun, and a functioning eye (two recommended).

There is a third dimension beyond that which is known to some photographic analysts. It is an area we call... reality.

Apollo 14 LM with offset shadow (Percy, Dark Side of the Moon Landings, Fortean Times, April 1996) Photo Rule #1(a): Just because lines are parallel doesn't mean they look parallel.

Charlie Duke visible on the moon - detail (Dark Moon, ch. 1 ill. 30) No extra lights were used to take these pictures. Just a reflector the size of a small planet. Campbell's can visible on the earth - detail (Author)

A little trick of light that has baffled some of the finest minds in the hoax community.

'LM imaged from ABOVE eye level' it says in Dark Moon, ch. 1 ill. 55 Careful observation suggests this spacecraft was photographed by an astronaut 12 feet tall -- a 12-foot astronaut in a 7-foot ditch. Book imaged from considerably below eye level

John Young salutes a straight flag - detail (Dark Moon, ch. 1 ill. 62)
John Young simultaneously salutes a drooping flag - detail (Dark Moon, ch. 1 ill. 63)

A16 Stone Mountain EVA - detail (NASA as16-107-17446 / Annotation from apollohoax.com) Some investigators think this picture was taken against the wall of an indoor sound stage. Some investigators need to get outside more often. Rough foreground / smooth background - detail (Author)

An expert said it cannot be done. So I had to go and do it.
