Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The remainder of the rent is due one month prior to the start of your holiday. The deposit is not refundable. However, if due to a dire emergency, you need to cancel your holiday, we will refund the rent if we can fully re-rent the property.
