Frist push Alt+o one your keyboard it will bring up like the picture above
Now click the icon where the pointer is showin above in the picture
Now click the add icon as showin above in picture
Now click in the box where the pointer is showin above in picture above.And pick a key on keyboard to macro :) as you see the buttons (Shift,Alt,Ctrl) you may click the icon right next to one of em will let you macro to like (Shift+a to lastspell or what ever you would like)
After you have done all of the above last thing is what would you like to macro see pointer click there and hold left mouse button down and if you drag the mouse to the suttom of the list where it says minumize it will start to go down the list there are lots so try test and hve fun if you need any help staff is allway here to help
