Amy Dundas Head died in a tragic accident in her barn on the evening of June 12th. Amy was a professional equestrian who aspired to ride in the Olympics for Canada. She was married September 21st, 2002 and lived with her husband next door to her parents and her horses, along the South Thompson river, a place she deeply loved. Amy is a treasure to her family and to all whose lives she enriched with her sincerity, vivacity, warmth, humour, her many talents, and her pursuit of excellence in all that she did.

Amy is survived by her parents, Tim and Gail, her husband, Keith, and her brother Mathew. A heartfelt thanks to all those wonderful relatives, friends, and neighbours who have already provided love and support to our grieving family.

There will be a memorial service followed by a celebration of Amy's life at 3:00pm on Saturday, June 21st, outdoors at Tadpole Farm (East of Kamloops). All whose lives she touched are welcome. Details provided here .
