Kit Bashing

One of my favorite aspects of the game is customizing miniatures to reflect the force posibilities. What you see is what you get in tournament rules. So, Convert your way to victory.

These three miniatures were all originally the Hussar Sgt. holding a shotgun. Since I use Hussars painted black to represent Bahaus Special forces from The House / Order of the Condor they made ideal conversions. All they needed was the appropriate weapon - sniper rifles. (Condor Sgts. are the only non-individual troops allowed to be equiped with sniper rifles, so I field 2 or three squads every chance I get).

Their shotguns had longer barrels added that I whittled down from the too wide bamboo skewers into the proper caliber. The sights were also whittled from bamboo skewers then added.

You may find my paint job offensive so before you e-mail me hate letters this is my disclaimer: I am not a Nazi, nor am I affiliated in any way with Nazi's. I oppose any Ideology that groups masses of people into one solitary class or group because of a superficial thing such as skin pigmentation. However Bahaus Megacorporation, according to all the books, has it's roots in Eastern Europe, specifically Germany and I wanted to capture that link with an easily recognizable and highly inflamitory war image - hence the swastika (and German / French names). To my dismay, (and rightly so) Adolf always draws more enemy fire than any other miniature I field.
