There are some sad old bears out there
that need a little Tender Loving Care and a minor repair,
or maybe a major repair.
The up side of this is that this usually means that these bears have been
well-loved. Upon request, Susan has taken some bears in, to what has become
known as the TLC Clinic, for restoration. With due care, these teddy
bears are returned in much better condition than when they arrived and both
their owners and the bear are much happier.
Here are a some before and after photos.
Both of these bears were well loved for
30 years by their original owners.
And we sure took good care of them when
they visited. Bears that come to the TLC Clinic get to use our Teddy Bear Blanket, for comfort and warmth,
until they are better and ready to face the world again.
Then we always have a picnic to celebrate before our visitors go home!
