     Tharsis Books is a small publisher and does not normally extend credit. Prepayment is required on all orders from bookstores (but with the exception listed below) and jobbers. Although orders without prepayment will be accepted and processed (invoices will be mailed with Shipped Date 'Pending' and a request for prepayment), books will not be shipped before prepayment is made.

     ALTHOUGH THARSIS BOOKS TAKES GREAT CARE TO ENSURE THAT SHIPMENTS ARE SECURELY PACKED, ANY BOOKS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS, AND WILL BE REPLACED AT PUBLISHER'S EXPENSE, OR PREPAYMENT REFUNDED IF NOT IN STOCK. Please note that this offer to replace books damaged in shipment does not apply to books shipped to private persons.

      Books unsold at bookstores after six months may be returned for credit or refund. For details see TO ORDER Page.

      Credit is extended only on library orders, orders from college bookstores, orders from wholesalers where credit conditions warrant, and orders from the large on-line and chain booksellers in Canada and the United States. Where credit is extended, it is for payment within 90 days.

10% discount.
