"And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.  And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.  And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see.  And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.  And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And Power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth." (Rev. 6:1-8.)

The apostle John was in exile on the small lonely island of Patmos, for the Word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ.  This island is located about thirty miles from the coast of Asia Minor in the Aegean Sea which is the arm of the great Mediterranean.  While walking on the sandy shores of this beautiful sea, he was in the Spirit on the Lord's Day.

The Lord Jesus Christ appeared to him and gave him the book of Revelation which is a message for the entire church age.  It is not a hidden or sealed book.  Revelation is to be read and understood.  It is not the Revelation of John, it is the Revelation of Jesus Christ!  A special blessing is pronounced upon all who read, hear, proclaim to others and keep the words of this prophecy.

"Blessed is he that readeth and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand." (Rev. 1:3.)

Chapters one, two and three, deal with the True and Faithful Bible Believing Church on earth.  In chapter four the True and Faithful Bible Believing Church leaves the earth and is caught up to heaven in the rapture!  Chapter five Jesus Christ the Lamb of God says Come and See.  "And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand." (Rev. 6:5)

From the results of this dreadful war and nuclear holocaust, the crops and vegetation will be destroyed, and animals will be used for food consumption.  This will result in famine and a rationing- such as the world has never known.  We had rationing in World Wars One and Two, but that would not compare with the rationing that we will have under the reign of the Antichrist.

The rider on the black horse has a pair of balances in his hand.  That means that food will be rationed, and one will work a whole day for one loaf of bread!  And you cannot buy the bread unless you have the mark of the Beast in your right hand or in your forehead.

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." (Rev. 13:16-17.)

After this, we see the Fourth Horse, the pale horse, and the name of the rider that sat on him was Death & Hell, and power was given him over- a fourth part of the earth to kill with the sword, with hunger and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.  Here is where all the power and demons of hell are turned loose, as a third part of the population of the earth is destroyed.

"By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths." (Rev. 9:18.)

But while all these plagues are being- poured out upon the earth. and during,, the reign  of the Antichrist, the True and Faithful Bible Believing Church will be in heaven at the marriage supper of the Lamb!

Remember, the True and Faithful Bible Believing Church leaves the earth in Chapter Four of the Book of Revelation, and is in heaven, until we read in the nineteenth chapter of that glorious army of saints.  By the grace of God, I expect to be in that number.  We will come down from heaven with Jesus Christ the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (See Rev. 19:1-16).

Here our Lord does not come to be born as a babe, and to be laid in a manger in a stable- He does not come to be spit upon and mocked, and cruelly treated and crucified by wicked men.  He comes as KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS!

The Lord said through the apostle Paul, "And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day." (2 Thess. 1:7-10.)

At this time the Lord consumes that wicked Antichrist and his armies with the Spirit of His mouth, and destroys him with the brightness of His coming. (See 2 Thess. 2:8.)

Thank God, the kingdom of Jesus Christ is an everlasting kingdom.  "I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed." (Dan. 7:13-14.)

Here is where the saints shall possess the kingdom.  "But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever." (Dan. 7:18.)

Friends, if you want to be ready when Jesus comes, you must repent of your sins, be cleansed with His precious blood, Be Born Again!

It will cost you something to be a true follower of the Lamb, a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Jesus said, "And He said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.  For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away'?  For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels." (Luke 9:23-26.)

Don't fool yourself or let any one fool you into believing that you can live any kind of a loose, worldly, sinful New Age or "backslidden" lifestyle and go to be with Jesus.  We are saved by grace, but true grace will do something for us.  If the grace that you have does not teach you to live a Godly life it is disgrace!

The Lord said through the Apostle Paul, "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.  These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority.  Let no man despise thee." (Titus 2:11-15.)

The apostle John said, "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.  If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.  And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever." (1 John 2:15-17.)

If you are a child of God, and the Spirit of God is living in you, Remember, the Holy dove will not eat buzzard's food or the filth of the world.  He will not feast on ungodly filthy literature.  You will not enjoy filthy television shows and filthy theatres.  The things you once loved you now hate.  You have peace with God, and the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. (See Rom. 5:15.)

In the midst of this troubled world, when many are being sorely tempted, Peter said, "The trial of your faith is more precious than gold."

We have joy unspeakable and full of glory. (See I Pet. 1:7-8.) "But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.  And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins." (I Pet. 4:7-8.)

All good things are promised to the overcomers.  "He that over cometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son." (Rev. 21:7.)

Let us be bold for Jesus.  Let the world know you are on His side.  He said, "Whosoever therefore be ashamed of me and of my word in this adulterous  and sinful  generation; of him also shall the Son of  man be ashamed, when he cometh in the  glory of his Father  with the holy angels." (Mark 8:38.)

Again the Lord said.  "But the fearful, a the abominable, murders, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and  idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake that burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." (Rev. 21:8.)

Friends, do not be misled by the worldly minded, optimistic New Age orators, who stand in the pulpit or in high places and cry "Peace, Peace." Hear what the Lord said about them.

"Thus saith the Lord God; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing." (Ezek. 13:3.)

"Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The Lord saith it; albeit I have not spoken!", verse 7 "Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and lo, others daubed it with untempered mortar." verse 10.

The Lord said, "Unto the end wars and desolation's are determined." Whatever the preaching professors of peace may say , only those who have Christ in their hearts  have peace. Jesus said, "In the world ye shall have tribulation, but  be of good cheer , I have overcome the world." (John 16:33.)

The picture is very dark indeed for this world.  The rider who is the antichrist, will mount the white horse, the emblem of a New Age of peace and worldly prosperity, may be living today.  The world is rapidly preparing for him to take over.  The rider who rides the white horse is the same person who rides the red, black and pale horse. Let us thank God he cannot be revealed until the Holy Ghost, The Holy Spirit, takes the True and Faithful Bible Believing Church out of this world.

Dear Friend, are you a member of the True and Faithful Bible Believing Church! The True Church is the Spiritual Body of Christ.  You do not become a member of the True Church by joining a denomination.

You become a member of it by being born again by God's Holy Spirit, and cleansed in the blood of Jesus.  The True Church is made up of all races who have been cleansed in the blood of Jesus.

John saw them in heaven in the fifth chapter of the book of Revelation.

"And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And thou hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we all shall reign on the earth."
(Rev. 5:9-10.)

We will be in heaven around the throne of God, singing the song of the redeemed - The song that angels cannot sing!  They have not been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.  I close with the poetry from that good song by Johnson Oatman Jr.:

I am thinking of the rapture in our
blessed home on high,
when the  redeemed are gathering in.

How we'll raise the heavenly anthem
in the city in the sky,
when the redeemed are gathering in

There will be a great procession
over on the streets of gold,
when the redeemed are gathering in.

0' what music, 0' what singing
o'er the city will be rolled,
when the redeemed are gathering in.

Let Us Pray Together--

PRAY: "God be merciful to me a sinner. Receive me now for Christ's sake. Cleanse me from my sin by your precious blood, shed on the cross for me; lead me to be Baptized and fill me with your Holy Spirit. Teach me to pray each day; to read Your will for my life from your word, the Bible; and help me to worship and serve You in the fellowship of your church. I thank you Lord Jesus Christ. AMEN!
