Blessings one and all...

We greet you today, Dear Ones, with love and understanding in our hearts. We know you have been going through some challenging integrations this last week of your time. Much new and vibrant energy has poured into your 3D world to lighten it and again raise the vibration of the Planet you call Earth. This has been yet another step into the higher vibrations of light and as always, requires an integration into your earthly bodies. Those more sensitive to energetic shifts will have felt this in a more profound way and may have been thrown a bit "off kilter", as you say.

We ask you to simple relax and breathe in this new light stream and it will automatically integrate with every cell in your bodies, on every dimensional level, in the smoothest possible fashion. Those who were not aware of the entrance of this energy, on a conscious level, will believe the feelings and sensations they have been feeling are due to some external force in their every day lives or simply the change of seasons. We tell you, this is not the case, it is the process of integrating these new highly refined light patterns into all your bodies, both physical and spiritual.

This new influx of energy will help to shift the entire mass consciousness of the entire planet to an even higher level. The mass consciousness of the Earths' path of evolution can be seen as a grand stair case with many steps and many landings. Sometimes many steps are scaled in quick succession and then a landing is reached and there is seemingly a lull or pause where nothing seems to be happening for a period of time. Do not misunderstand these lull periods as much is still going on in the evolutionary cycle. These are periods of much activity and integration for all including Mother Earth herself. This process or cycle of the staircase is also mirrored in you as an individual, each is traveling up your own staircase at your own pace.

You may also look to the Mother herself to see this process at work. Have you not noticed how actively she has been shifting and moving to integrate this new influx of energy lately. Fear not, Dear Ones, the Mother always integrates the energies into her body in the gentlest way possible and you can assist in this process by integrating these energies into your own bodies as quickly and smoothly as possible. Mother Earth is very sensitive to the ways in which humanity as a whole is progressing with your own integration process and you can assist each other.

This is not a time for fear and doubt but a time for joy and celebration. You are all moving to yet another higher level of evolution. You are taking another step into the higher realms and truly creating Heaven on Earth. You are, as we have said before, in a constant state of evolution but during these time of mass influxes of new energy you actually take larger "leaps" forward than at any other time. This is why you sometimes find it a bit more challenging during these periods.

The fore-runners, the ones who have previously agreed to lead the way for humanity, typically have the most difficult time during these periods as they are usually the first to integrate these new energies and make it easier for the rest of Humanity. You are all deeply honored and loved for your wonderful work in service of Planet Earth and all those on, in and around her. Be gentle with yourself and honor yourself for your loving service. Re-member that to assist others you need to take care of yourself first, in order to be of the highest assist and service to them.

"All work and no play, makes Johnny a very unbalanced and unhappy boy." Nurture yourself and take all the steps you need to rebalance and integrate these energies into yourself before trying to assist others. Re-member you are not alone, there are thousands of others just like you all over the world who form a wonderful loving network each doing their part to assist in this process, it is not necessary to feel like you have to do it all by yourself. Each has his or her own roll to play and together you are a force of unbelievable power, wisdom and love.

So you see, Dear Ones, all is not what it seems. The evolution of the Planet Earth and all she encompasses proceeds in the highest of light and love. It is not "the beginning of the end" , it is "the end of the beginning" and you are doing exceedingly well. You are proceeding at a pace that none could have envisioned before this time. You are bringing into manifestation a creation that was thought to be impossible to accomplish in your time! You are truly creating "Heaven on Earth!"

If we had physical eyes to do so, we would be weeping with inconceivable joy as a result of your accomplishments.

We hold you lovingly in our Heart of Hearts and ask you to do the same for yourself and all those around you.
