Tribute: Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Friday December 19, 2003. Donald (Don) Amos Throop of Brockville age 74 years. Beloved husband of the former Helen Marie Chisamore. Dear father of Wayne Throop and his wife Janet of Brockville,grandfather Patrick Throop (Stephanie). Dear son of Mrs. Isaballe Throop Roberts of Brockville. Survived by a sister Shirley Savage of San Diego CA, and a step brother Gary Roberts (Nancy) and family of Athens, also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Tuesday December 23, 2003 from 11a.m. - 2 p.m. when the Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery. In memoriams to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
