They're everybody's favourite!!! (Especially Tim's) (and Lori's) (and Stef quite likes them too)
Cream together until light and fluffy:
 | 250 ml. (1 cup) margarine |
| 375 ml. (1 1/2 cups) sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 10 ml. (2 tsp.) vanilla |
Combine in a separate bowl:
| 500 ml. (2 cups) flour |
| 170 ml. (slightly less than 3/4 cup) cocoa |
| 4 ml. (slightly less than 1 tsp.) baking soda |
| 2 ml. (1/2 tsp.) salt |
Add to creamed ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Stir in peanut butter chips (between 250 and 500 ml. or 1 to 2 cups).
Drop by tsp. onto un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
