Wow, has this year gone by fast! Scary, already have half of next year planned.
For those who haven't heard yet, I will be racing/participating in Ironman
Canada, August 26, 2007. Come race day, feel free to log in to site, and
follow my journey through the day.
Speaking of journey's... This will prove to be a very interesting yet fun
one. We have 10 people signed up from the Synergy Multisport group here in
town. I look forward to this journey with them and wish them all good luck!
I am sure there will be a few other races during the year also, (Wasa
Triathlon, Prestige 1/2 IM, and someothers). Along with a Ride the Rockies
tour with John and some friends from NY. It will be a 950 km ride from Calgary,
to Cranbrook, finishing in Jasper. If I survive Ironman, I am looking forward
to it.
Other exciting news, Colin and LIsa will be getting married in May of 2007. Looks like another trip as we are headed to the Mayan Riviera, which should be a lot of fun. I look forward to hangin' with the crew and doing some site-seeing.
Well, that's it for now. Stay tuned for more news to come!
April 14, 2006
Well, here is Tim's tentative race list for 2006. We'll have to see how things
go, but it looks to be a fun year. I will add the finish times after the races,
(eventually). There may be a couple of others which will just show up, but
so far, this is all that is planned.

Wow! Where does time go? I can't believe it has been over a year and a half
since I updated my site. Lots has happened. Wouldn't even know where to start.
Finished the RM Triathlon, my first time at an Olympic distance with a finishing
time of 2:36. I was quite happy with the result. Especailly for spraining
my ankle two weeks before.
But I think one of the highlights for the year was competing at the World
Master Games in Edmonton, AB in July. It was an awesome experience. It
was great for my Mom, Grandma and Uncle Doug to come out and watch. And thanks
Chris and April for the accomodations and for always being a friend. Of course,
I can't thank Bridget enough for her support in my crazy adventures, even
if it takes time away from us now and again. Thanks babe!. But, maybe we can
make it to the Games in Sydney,
Australia in 2009. We'll see...
Also on the list could be a Canada Cup, mountain bike race, or two.I would
like to try the Fernie Classic mtb
bike race, as long as it doesn't overlap with the Prestige 1/2 IM.
Otherwise, not much new. Housework still keeps me busy. And in my free time I am still training. Gericks/Wasa Rocky Mountain Triathlon will be a must. Thinking about doing the Prestige Half Ironman in July. Well, pretty sure I am going to do it. How hard can it be? Long term plans??? Well, don't hold me to it, but the Tri club is looking at competing at Ironman Canada, in 2007. Will I go? We'll see what this summer brings, it is a long ways away.
Anyway, Merry Christmas to all
and to all a good night. See you in the new year.
Hey kid. May the Force be with you!

Hello to one and all! I am finally moved in and the yard work has begun. Wow
this house stuff is taking up some time. But it is all good, right? I still
have boxes to unpack, but it is coming along.
I am still in training for the Rocky Mountain Triathlon, and for a couple
of bike races. So most free time is... well, what free time.
Congrats to Chris, Karen and Graeme for another baby.
Welcome Evan Christopher.

March 22, 2004
Wow, it has been a very long time since I updated here. Well, it is finally
an update anyway. Hopefully this will get Kyla off my back.
Well, tons of news actually, (weird, it has only been 6 months!) As many of
you probably figured, or have heard, we didn't make our Kettle Valley cycle
trip. And it looks like we won't get to ride the tressles after all. But there
is a plan on the to do the Castlegar to Midway section. Anyone interested?
Bridget and I are doing well. We have had to postphone some summer travel
plans, but it is for a good cause....
Hmm... Christmas was good. Got to see my Dad and brother Trevor for a few
days. Didn't get to see Mom, but she is coming to visit for Christmas 2004,
right?
Now for the big news......
Drum rollll.......................................................................................
I finally broke down and bought a house! Wow, Tim takes a step into the world of commitment. Kinda scary. Kinda fun. I will email a link out for some pictures once I get some. I officially take possesoin on March 26, but have already started moving stuff in.
In the world of babies... Congrats to Mike and Audrey in Calgary on the birth of Chloé. Chris and Karen are also expecting another little one. I don't remember the due date, but it is coming soon, I think. Glad to have you back on the western side of Canada!
Well, I guess that is it for now. I will be offline from March 26 until April 5 for the move and hookups. Maybe I can update this page more often. It is kinda of boring to look at with no changes for six months.
Cheers!

Hooray!
The pictures from the Canada Cup in Fernie are online!
The event was one of the few stops in Canada for UCI sanctioned events.
I got my butt kicked, in the beginners class!
Next year....
I am finally ready to finalize
the KVR trip.
Hopefully, it is still open, (all the fires on Anarchist Mtn.)
July 1, 2003
Well, I finally have the pictures up from the Rocky Mountain Triathlon from
June 22, 2003.
Other news...
It is going to be a very busy summer, with lots of weddings and a few small
trips. So watch for more pictures to come to the Gallery. Including "Rockin'
in the Rockies" car show from June 14 and plenty more.
It is now July, so this means I have to get my butt going on the Kettle Valley Railway trip. So far it looks like it could be September 15-20. I will try to get everything finalized the next couple of weeks and let everyone know the details.
Cheers!
