We have physically moved from Alberta to Ontario, Canada in the past few of weeks and are having troubles with shipping companies.
The website will be offline as we re-organize and re-work the website with a muchly needed new look and rectify the shipping difficulties.
Over the past couple of months, we have had many requests for the Medic-Pro Large Pacifiers, we have looked into getting them. Unfortunately, due to the high shipping costs, directly from the manufacturer in Germany, it is impossible for us to offer this item.
We are working hard to bring you a new look.

SHIPPING
TLC-AB Products uses Canada Post and its respective partners to ship within Canada, to the United States and it's territories. All orders must have your phone number with area code. This is now a requirement by the shipping company for all orders. Orders without a phone number will not be processed until this information has been received. This information is used solely for the purposes of shipping.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES:
Orders are generally processed as soon as possible, once we receive notification of Payment Received from PayPal, the orders are then filled using the steps as stated below.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders take approximately 7-10 days for processing.
The processing of orders is as follows:
#1 Orders are received by e-mail
#2 An e-mail will be sent from us stating the order along with the ways and the costs of shipping.
#3 You will then confirm the order and how it is to be shipped (Regular, Overnight or 3-5 day service)
#4 You will be invoiced, through PayPal, for the amount of the order and the shipping
#5 Orders are placed with the manufacturer once a week on Tuesday evenings. The manufacturer then ships this order on the following Monday to us.
#6 Orders are then shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them from the manufacturer. You are then notified that your order has been shipped and a Tracking Number will be supplied if we are shipping by the following methods: US Expedited, US Express Service, or Courier (Purolator Courier-Canada/DHL-United States)
For orders that are paid by e-check through PayPal, the order will not be processed until the e-check has cleared. This can take up to an additional 7 business days before shipping. You will receive 2 e-mails from us, the first one that your order has been received and that we are waiting for your e-check to clear. The second e-mail will to inform you that your e-check has cleared and that we are processing your order in the manner as explained above.
All orders shipped within Canada take approximately 14-21 business days.
All orders shipped to the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and the US Virgin Islands) take approximately 21-28 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands can take 30+ business days for delivery.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & LEVIES:
U.S. Orders may be subject to customs duties, levies and/or taxes. These are solely the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information regarding duties and/or taxes please contact your local customs office.
PLEASE NOTE:
All U.S. Orders may be delayed by Customs and we are not responsible for any delays due to inspection of goods. Due to unforeseen circumstances processing and shipping of your order may be delayed.
REFUNDS
TLC-AB Products would like to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers and we have now implemented the following return policy. All items are non-returnable.

We will accept returns for refund or exchange only on merchandise other than sale (Featured) items or special order items within 30 days of purchase based on the following criteria:
#1 We shipped the wrong item
#2 The item has never been worn
#3 The item has never been washed
#4 The item has a manufacturer's defect
#5 The item has not been soiled or damaged
TLC-AB Products reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund based on any of the above conditions deemed unacceptable.
Shipping is non-refundable on all items.
