Check List
Our vaccine requirements:- Distempter/Parvo boosters renewed yearly OR we accept the new approved 3 year booster OR if you choose for the adult dog - yearly titres lab report
- Rabies vaccine - renewed every three years
- Bordetella (kennel cough) There are two types of vaccine, injectable and intra-nasal. Bordetella must be updated yearly.
- Vaccine or Titres certificates must be shown at check-in
- Bring the phone number of where you will be staying or the number of someone we can contact in case of emergency.
- Bring any special foods or medications your dog may require.
- Bring bedding from home for your pet's stay, safe toys ONLY are allowed such as Kong toys or Nyla Bones.
TNT's Policies
- We feed premium food and feed twice per day
- Dogs are to be kept on-lead at all times while arriving and departing from our kennel and property.
- Please advise of any change in your plans that may affect your original boarding reservation-the kennel is like a hotel in that if space becomes available - we would like to rebook it.
- We are open Mon-Sun - 8-11am & 4-6pm. Please call us at 604-857-4949 to make a reservation or for more info.
- Cheques or cash ONLY.
- We do not accept VISA or Interac at this time.
- Payment in full is required at pickup.
- Check out time is before 11:00 am - no charge if you pick-up your dog on his last day by 11:am- any dog leaving the kennels between 4-6pm will be charge full rate.
- During the Christmas Holiday season - from Dec. 24 to Jan. 3 there is a minimum 5 day charge. To reserve a spot during this time, a $50 deposit is required. The $50 is refundable up to Dec. 1st only, from Dec. 2 nd to Dec. 15th - there is a $25 cancellation fee. After Dec. 15th - NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Cat Care
- Spacious secure personal condo.
- Elevated resting perch.
- Double sized condo for multi-cat families.
- Please bring your own cat's food. We find that cats do not like a change in diet and prefer to be fed what they are receiving at home.
- Cat toys provided.
- Separate area well away from dogs.
- Exercise and roaming time given daily along with personal attention and cuddling sessions!
- Cat vaccinations to be renewed every three years.
- Documentation from your vet must be provided at time of check-in.
