We offer group coordination services at the Vancouver Cruise ship terminals as well as city, shopping, kick back and cultural Vancouver eye-opener city tours.
These tours can start or end at your hotel, your Cruise ship, train station or at the Vancouver airport.
We have step-on guides for Vancouver city tours in English and European languages.
Scheduled embarkation and disembarkation group tour services, transportation coordination services.
Meet and greet services for the Cruise ship terminal and the Vancouver airport.
Vancouver group transfers, departure and arrival transportation arrangements.

CRUISE SHIP CHECK IN PROCEDURES:
There are two (2) Cruise ship terminals in Vancouver:
Location: One is at Canada Place in downtown Vancouver and one is at the Ballantyne Pier, 1 mile east of Canada Place.
CRUISE SHIP Check-in PROCEDURES start at about 11.30 am UNTIL 15.30 p.m.
All luggage except carry-ons has to be dropped off prior to boarding.
Pls. attach your Cruise ships luggage tags with your name clearly written on them to your luggage and keep your cruise ship documents and your i.d. in your hand luggage.

Depending on the location of your Cruiseship, your luggage can be dropped off at secured designated Cruise ship luggage drop-off areas inside Canada Place, and outside the Ballantyne Pier Cruise ship terminals. If you are travelling in a bus all you have to do is take your carry-ons and your cruise documents and passport with you.
Your big suitcases are automatically transferred to your stateroom.

There are washroom facilities inside Canada place before the General check-in area inside the Cruise terminals, as well as wheel chair rentals, First-aid stations, and phone booths.
Have passports and picture i.d. ready as well as your Cruise ship documents and have your health-form questionaires and Custom form (one per family) filled out.
If you are missing these forms then you will receive them from your cruise ship assistants prior to boarding.
Cruise ship passengers all have to go through a secure boarding procedure that involves
scanners and many specialized security procedures.
After the security check-in area you will be assisted and escorted by the Cruise ship personnel.
You are allowed to go into the secured check-in area and board the cruise ship with:
Only one (1) piece of carry-on hand luggage per person.
Foodcourts and shops can be found accross from Canada Place in the Waterfront Centre Foodcourt and in the Sinclair Centre shopping mall with shops that sell cameras, postcards, souvenirs, native Art, newspapers, Cuban cigars and gifts.
If you are driving: Do not leave valuables inside your car in downtown Vancouver.
You can park your car in parkades in downtown and at secured designated parking areas near the cruise ship terminals, shuttle busses are available for your convenience.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO VANCOUVER or RICHMOND:
If you are staying in Richmond: most of the hotels in Richmond provide a free shuttle service to and from the Vancouver airport outside arrivals.
Remember there are (2) two Cruise ship terminals in Vancouver, one terminal is at Canada Place in downtown Vancouver, and the second Cruise ship terminal is at the Ballantyne Pier,which is one mile east of Canada Place.
Convenient taxi's from the airport to downtown charge about $ 35-40USD. Limousines charge about $50.00-$55.00 Cdn. one way.
With the Airport Express shuttle bus outside from both the domestic and international airports outside arrivals: Price:+-$18.00 per person one way from the airport to Vancouver past different hotels.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION from the Vancouver Airport:
To downtown Vancouver and the Canada place pier: $3.50 Cdn. per person one way.
Bus 424
called the airport station bus leaves from the lower level of the Domestic airport and connects to the 98 B line north to Vancouver or south to Richmond.
The Domestic airport is next to the International airport, from the international arrivals area it is a 5 min. walk to the Domestic national flights airport. Board bus 424 on the lower level outside the domestic airport at the designated bus stop. Bus 424 goes from here to the Airport Station transfer point wich is 2 miles east of the Vancouver airport.
Pls. carry correct change for the bus fare,+- $3-4Cdn. F.Y.I. There is very limited space for luggage on public transit buses.
From the airport station you transfer to the 98B-Line going north (towards the mountains) to the city of Vancouver.
Overall travelling time from the airport to Canada Place in downtown Vancouver on public transit: +-1 hr.
The 98 B-Line travels all the way to the Sea Bus terminal in downtown Vancouver.
From here it's a 5 min. walk to the Canada Place cruise ship terminal and seconds to the Seabus terminal.
If you are boarding your Cruise at the Ballantyne Pier cruise ship terminal you have to transfer to the Powell street bus or to a taxi to go to the Ballantyne Pier.

What to bring and where to stay in Vancouver:


The close and convenient city of Richmond is located next to the Vancouver airport, just a 10 minute taxi or hotel shuttle ride.
Hotel shuttles leave from the airport at the Hotel Shuttle Bus Stop, just outside international arrivals and at the domestic airport.
There are many good hotels in Richmond where you can easily stay for one night before your Alaska cruise.
In Richmond within walking distance from most hotels we have superb shopping malls, great restaurants, and a unique and picturesque fishing village called Steveston, as well as many beautiful Parks.
The beautiful and brand new River Rock hotel and super-luxious Casino is a must visit with exciting shows, Smokey Robinson,on the 31st May, the Neville bros. on June the 14th 2008, The Gypsy Kings, Stevie wonder at GM Place, and the Doobie Bros. at Red Robinson Theatre and many more, visit ticketmaster.ca, as well as excellent catering facilities, restaurants and buffets at the Casino.
In Richmond we are currently building the Olympic ice speed-skating rink for the up and coming Vancouver winter Olympics of 2010.
