We will e-mail you back to let you know
if the item is available, along with the postage cost.
Should you want the item, email us back to confirm your order.
Only then will we place the item "ON HOLD" for you and forward you our address and payment information.
WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?
If you are paying with PayPal, you have 7 days from the date of the email confirming your order.
If you are mailing your payment, you have 2 weeks from the date of the email confirming your order.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?
Just email us and let us know.
In most cases we are more than happy to give you more time IF you let
us know you need it.

WHY DID YOU EMAIL ME A 48 HOUR ORDER NOTICE?
If within the 2 weeks we did not receive your payment or any e-mail from you,
an email might be sent to you asking you about your order. You will be asked to
contact us within 48 hours of when the email was sent.
Failure to respond to this e-mail will result in your order being canceled and
the items that were on hold will be put back up for sale

All prices on our site are in UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD).
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES IN USD?
The majority of collectors use USD whether it be for buying or selling collectibles.
It's easier then to do business in USD.
For Canadian orders we do accept payment in Canadian equivalent to US funds.

We accept all US money orders.
The only money order that will not work from the US
is the GREEN colored one from your post office as it is only negotiable inside the US.

We accept only the PINK US Postal Money Order.
This is an INTERNATIONAL money order issued by the US post office and it is
cashable in Canada.
We DO NOT accept the GREEN US Postal Money Orders
as they are NOT cashable outside of the USA.
If you send us a Green US Postal Money Order it WILL be RETURNED to you.

PAYPAL INFORMATION
Credit card and e-checks payments are accepted through PayPal.
You order must be a minimum of $10.00 [with postage].
Your mailing address must match your address registered with PayPal.
I WILL NOT mail your order to any other address except the one registered with PayPal.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
IMPORTANT
DO NOT make any payment to PAYPAL unless you have received an email from me confirming
your order.
My email will confirm the item you want is on hold for you
and will have the cost of your item, postage cost and complete total.
It will also have information so you can make your paypment through PayPal.
I will not charge you any fees for paying with PayPal.
However, I do expect you to make your payment in full and not in parts.
An example of payment in parts would be one payment sent for your order and a seperate payment sent for postage.
Any payment not sent in full, will be refused. Your money will be returned and I will ask that you resend
your payment.
Credit Card payments - your item will be sent within 48 hours of your funds being accepted.
E-check payments - your item will be sent within 48 hours ONLY when your funds have
been cleared by PayPal and credited to my account.
I reserve the right to refuse a PayPal payment if I feel the buyer may be using this service fraudulently.
POSTAGE and SHIPPING
All parcels are sent using Canada Post.
We do not use UPS or any other mailing service.
Unless otherwise arranged with us, we do not send parcels by surface mail.
NEW CHANGES
On January 12, 2004, Canada Post made changes to their Small
Packets mail.
The following information reflects those changes
for USA and INTERNATIONAL orders only.
SMALL PACKETS [also called Small Parcel]:
All small packets are insured under the new Canada Post guidelines.
Insurance is now part of the postage I will quote you to mail your item.
The new guideline does not include parcel tracking [also called a tracking number.]
Tracking numbers are available but small packets will have to be sent
using parcel rates which cost much more.
EXAMPLE - a small packet to the USA that may cost $4.00 USD would cost over $10 USD if send using Expedited Parcel USA or Xpresspost USA.
The following are mailing options should you want postal tracking:
USA -
tracking is available for Xpresspost USA and Expedited Parcel USA.
INTERNATIONAL -
Xpresspost International and Insured air mail.
CANADA POSTAGE COSTS.
Often I get asked why mailing a parcel in Canada costs more than mailing the same parcel to the US? Sometimes I get asked nicely. Other times I get asked rudely as the buyer thinks I am trying to make extra money off postage.
Unlike USA and INTERNATIONAL mail which has fixed rates for small packets, CANADIAN small packet rates are not.
To find the cost to mail in Canada I use the Canada Post PARCEL RATE CALCULATOR.
Price is based on the length, width, height and weight of the parcel and the distance
from my postal code to the buyer's postal code.
Whatever the price is, I round up and that is the price I charge for postage.
I am in Alberta.
As a rule, the postage is cheaper to mail to provinces which are close by to the sender.
The further away, the more the cost.
Postage is also cheaper for business and bulk mailers within Canada.
Since I am not a business or a bulk mailer, I cannot offer discounts.
SPECIAL NOTE TO CANADIAN EBAYERS:
Because I have no idea what your postal code is to figure out the mailing cost,
I clearly ask that you email me BEFORE bidding if you have a postage question.
It ticks me off, when after you won my auction, that you get upset that the postage
I quote you is higher than what you expected it to be.
I am happy anytime to prove to you that I am not over charging to make money off the postage.
BE FORWARNED - If you couldn't be bothered to email me BEFORE winning my auction to ask about the postage cost and you won't pay because you think I'm charging too much,
TOUGH!
Regardless of your feedback, I will file a NON PAYING BIDDER COMPLAINT with eBay so I can have my seller fees refunded.
So spare me the "I have a high feedback rating" or "I'm new and didn't know" excuses.
I eBay and buy from Canadian sellers too.
I pay the same high postage rates too.
I've been eBaying long enough to know to ASK postage questions BEFORE
the auction ends.

PICK UP OR DELIVERY
We are not a store or a business.
You can't come to us to pick up your items.
We don't do deliveries or meets.
HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY PARCEL [BEFORE I PANIC?]
Once we mail your parcel, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for delays like
customs, air mail service or postal delivery.
TO THE US > Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
OVERSEAS > Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
ABOUT POSTAL INSURANCE
If you choose not to insure and your order is lost there is nothing we can do for you.
If you received a parcel that appears to be damaged or tampered with or items are missing,
please report it immediately to your carrier or post office.
POSTAL INSURANCE COST
CANADA - $1.00 per every $100 insured.
USA - Small parcels carry an automatic insurance.
Large Parcels [1 kg or more] are sent insured.
INTERNATIONAL - Small parcels carry an automatic insurance.
Large Parcels [ 2 kg or more] insurance can be purchased seperately.
RETURNS
Values are based on the condition of the item and is our best opinion. However, grading loose
toys is very subjective. Upon receipt of your item, if for any reason you are not satisfied with an
item's condition, you can contact us. We will try and solve your disagreement. However, if you
still want to return an item you can for either another item or items up to equal value or for a
refund [minus postage.]
You have two weeks to return the item, including all parts and/or accessories.
