Policies:

Reservation Policy

  • A deposit equal to the first night’s rate, plus tax, is due 5 days from the date of booking.

  •  Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • A VISA or MasterCard credit card will be required for a $500 damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
  • Between 5 days from booking and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night’s rate, plus the  tax will be forfeited.
  •  Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited. 

    NOTE:  If you cancel and the unit is re-rented, you will be refunded the amount that we receive from the re-booking,  less a $50 processing fee
Guidelines
  • More than the maximum number of people in the condo is prohibited. (Maximum is five (5) people)
  • No smoking in the condo
  • No pets at any time
  • Hot tub hours are 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
  • Check-in - anytime after 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day
  • Check-out - anytime prior to 10:00 a.m. on your departure day
