Actually Roger, Yes. And these many Gods DO NOT get to be
worshipped. They are also NOT Omniscient, NOT Omnipresent and
NOT Omnipotent. And most of all, they worship only One God- the Creator of
heaven and earth. They are better known as Children of God.

Can you see how the God-men are hellbound? Say it with them, "I am God". Say it again, and again. Pretty soon you will believe it. This is an example of doublespeak, calling themselves a God when there is only ever one God, and by definition, God means uncreated. What is the Witness Lee mistaken assumption? Having an idea that the Bible disagrees with. There is no gods before God, and all gods are merely wooden idols or lofty ideas. So many people it seems are saying this about themselves. It must be true if they say it's true. There is only one God. If you are willing to be humble, this should not be difficult to accept.
As I was thinking about this nonsense more what it shows is a person can rationalize anything. Since Witness Lee said he is God, therefore, those who started in his system have to be God. Though they may not have thought they were God to start, as time in the cult progressed, they realized this is what Witness Lee was saying. They had appreciated much of his writings, so they had to accept what he said also that they are Gods or realize what they were involved in all those years was a lie, that they had been deceived. This is too much for the ego to take, so they rationalize they are God also. Mormons say they are God, and the word God to them means a social group of beings. Are all these cults right when they say this? I think this is a sure indicator they are all going to hell.
