Sentinel Kulp is like a Leeist in Disguise,
Not Standing Up for the Truth by Preferring Emotional Appeal
SUMMARY: If you don't want to read this long diatribe, then let me just give you the conclusion. What all this information is for, is to lift others up and prevent them from being exposed making the same mistakes, as Sentinel Kulp has been exposed and damaged, in his not heeding these words in his experience. What Sentinel Kulp (and, others similar to him), and the LSM-LEE-LC adherents are holding onto is a different Watchman Nee in the LSM collected works. The Holy Spirit has revealed to me this fact throughout various readings. This really explains what is underlying Sentinel's motivation in his emailing me (see bottom) and his appeal to his overly emotional reasoning (an inordinate Leevitical intrusion in the so called collected LSM Watchman Nee works). I am well aware that many may not be able to see this because they can't see Sentinel Kulp's library of LSM collected works that he adores nor the refusal to accept any distinctions between CFP and LSM, but having spoken to Sentinel the past several years this has clearly been his method of reasoning, as you may well know, he promoted the LSM library. All it take is a little study to discern the differences which are quite substantial. Let no man be deceived by this. He has through the years exhorted these collected works in his own writings and the newer so-called W. Nee works never seen before at LSM (see new books in recent years said to be of Nee at LSM) that do not agree with Watchman Nee's writings at Christian Fellowship Publishers. I state this as a fact, not to argue it, but offer it up as truth for the deliverance of others who are able, by the grace of God, to understand these words, and receive God's protection from further deception by reading the true Watchman Nee words and writings from CFP. Any of us may do the work of comparison to see what I have said holds true. So though Kulp seemed to start well with his book, Spiritual Power, he faltered into LSM collections with no discernment of the differences that produce major confusions. His answer to this to me is peace brother, peace to the RCC, peace to all the cults and all the denominations, to all of christendom, in spite of the division of major differences. What matters is we just get along. Yet he does not realize the reason we do not get along is because of these differences. This should all to readily be obvious to a Christian. You can't pretend peace while the "good self" exalts itself saying peace, peace, peace. You can't let others keep sinning and just remaining silent when in the Holy Spirit the Lord wants you to speak up. Praise God!
Sentinel writes: I would recommend you read "The Release of the Spirit." And if you already have, then I recommend you pray the Lord works it out in your life. For while I love you as a brother, I've had my fill of what I sense is a dominant fleshly spirit. So far as I've seen on the WEB, you create disunity and trouble among the brethren, wherever you go. I detect an immature and critical fleshly spirit that desperately needs to be broken. "Seeing" comes only after having paid a heavy cost. I pray the Lord would give you the grace and strength to become a broken vessel, so that your eyes would be opened to SEE how you inevitably talk down to those you correspond with. You have something critical to say about almost everyone except NEE. What grieves me the most is how you continually present critical expose's of the saints to the world. This is not Christlike! A TRUE CHRISTLIKE SPIRIT does exactly the opposite - lifting them up and protecting others from being exposed..
To Sentinel, words to help you,
The only reason which I have not read Release of the Spirit (a small booklet), which you recommend, is because I would rather read everything from CFP first as I know that Release of the Spirit is not from CFP, but from another company. Though CFP had offered the book, they stopped offering it, and now offer it again (for the same reason as I have not read it). CLC offered it instead consistently. I recommend you go deeper and read Watchman Nee’s, The Spiritual Man (CFP), and Rethinking the Work (CFP). Theses are the only two books Watchman Nee ever published himself. They are as perfect as one can get on their subject matter. I have been greatly blessed for never having bought the supposed collected works of Watchman Nee at CFP, that you are into.
Immediately after I recommended you read, Rethinking the Work, that is, from CFP, your subsequent hostile response, had been very revealing to me. It is as if I had triggered your conscience, but you would not listen to it. After emailing you this piece your reaction has been like that of a Peter to Jesus having denied him three times. I am not saying I am Jesus, only that your reaction is the same as Peter soon as money is identified or fear of being associated to me in the LSM-LC system one day suing me, and their apparent contradiction of suing those with lots of money, and not me with no money. Harvest House explained this condition, "Indeed, Harvest House and the authors must prevail in order to prevent a serious ‘chilling effect’ on the exercise of First Amendment rights". That is why I ask these questions.
My sense is that you (Sentinel Kulp) seem attached to the LSM system (not in name but in spirit, subconsciously, since you endorse their materials) and these alterations of Watchman Nee by LSM, and mysterious new additions never seen before. In time I hope to show that you have some bad translations, bad note taking, which you seem to favor in Watchman Nee’s LSM (so-called Collected) Works that have dominated your fleshly spirit which you attempt to put me down with and try to dominate me with (as Leeists are famous for doing), but I will have to refuse you for this, since I would rather remain lowly and meek in the Lord and not overassume as you do that there is nothing wrong with your collected works by a cult leader, Witness Lee and the legacy of this cult owned by the Lee sons. Instead of having a discerning spirit, you have the same characteristics of the Leeists, which is to shove things under the rug and not deal specifically with matters, like a generalizer, so it is therefore very difficult to address anything with you, since you appeal more to emotion, than facts or details.
Because of this I detect an immature spirit that desperately needs to be broken. Such seeing of this requires a cost from you, and you sound like you are unwilling to separate yourself from Leeism as I understand you really enjoy Watchman Nee’s so-called Collected Works from LSM, yet you are unwilling to see the alterations of Watchman Nee thoughts in order to support Witness Lee’s way of thinking unwittingly. Recommendation: take your collected works and compare the same source material said to be the same from CFP and you will observe the differences, but you must do this work, so that you can see this truth for yourself. It has been a wonderful blessing in knowing this in seeing this to help you.
Instead of seeing truths, you blame others instead talking down to them, when this is part of the way of the Jezebel of Leeism. Don't be a false accuser. Let them go instead of calling Leeists all Christians. What do you think God will think of you calling men Christians who are not? How can you be so bold in your statement? Your attachment is self-evident in your love for the collected works. I believe this is because you care more for satisfying your feelings than seeking the truth as your guiding principle in your spirit, confusing emotion with your spirit. In all of this the truth is what is being forsaken. Watchman Nee said it is not the truth that is unreasonable, but that it is unloved. Such is the case here again in your life.
You should see my friends, they offer me wonderful truths that I don’t see, and I similarly fellowship with them in the same light. But when one is unable to be humble as yourself, you take things as critical just as the Leeists do calling everyone Satan. eg. when I asked you about household and infant salvation, you reacted violently towards me because you did not have an adequate answer. As soon as one seeks truth, and it reveals something about yourself, then you call it critical instead of letting it deliver you. You are reacting just like a Leeist. Do you realize this? And this is to be expected having yourself read much of Witness Lee himself and Lee's version of Watchman Nee's writings. How dangerous this cult has become extending itself into your life, not even attending LC meetings, yet underneath you are possessed with their materials. God wants you to have a soft, flexible spirit that is discerning.
How truthful were the words of several apologist (eg. see the books, "Mindbenders" and "God-men") before who said as I do, that the LSM-LC-LEE system is one of the most dangerous cults in the world. I know you can't see this Sentinel. I would take all of the writings of Witness Lee and Lee's (and new) versions of Watchman Nee, and put it all in a box, because it has become an idol in your life for it does control you. Though these two apologetic books on Leeism are far from perfect, they do fulfill a purpose, not matter what efforts the Leeist employed to silence them. It is wonderful you can still get these books today. I am surprised the Leeists have not bought them all up and burned them all. I prophecy a coming book on Leeism that with be very authoritative. I am not talented enough to write such a book, but I know someone will within the next couple of years.
You can’t speak to them (Leeists), it is futile. UntoHim (representative of many who feel the same way) over at the calvinistic bereans discussion (and elsewhere) forum has come to this same conclusion. It appears the same problem exists in you also Sentinel. Instead of standing up for these truths, you have unduly caused UntoHim to have his own problems as you yourself are unwilling to draw the distinction and see it in spiritual reality the difference between new writings and altered writings of Watchman Nee at LSM. You have given him every reason to marry Watchman Nee with Witness Lee which he so loves to do. This is what is meant by your lack of detail and discernment. Do not be like the Leeist who thinks they can scream and shout all their problems away and hide them under the rug or appeal to emotion. God is after the spirit of the man first.
Your spirit is critical, but it is not truthful. For example, you are grieved because how I present exposes of saints of the world. Yet this is what these men have done in error, having produced themselves critical exposes first. I merely respond as should be reasonable to weed out the truth. Should we not set them straight, give them the truth of their mistaken assumptions and tell them the truth, as I am doing for you here Sentinel? But the truth is, also, who ever said they were saints? This is not Christ-like to call people Christians that are not Christians preaching another doctrine. Have they not egregiously misrepresented the truth as documented here. A TRUE CHRIST-LIKE SPIRIT does not make such false claims, nor should you stand up for their errors as you have tried to do. If these are so-called Christians in these cults, as they misrepresent the truth, you should tell the truth of their mistaken assumptions instead of letting brethren cover things up undealt with. That is love. If you truly loved in Christ, then Sentinel, you would not cover things up leaving them undealt with. This is the cornerstone of your way of coping, but it is only coping, not dealing. It is sugar coating, but not placing the old man on the cross. You are really talking down to others through your emotion and not helping nor protecting others. Your approach is coy.
Remember, you will have to answer to God calling people Christians when they are not. It is better to be humble and not overassume so much. Who knows you might not be a Christian in reality and that is why you are unable to see these things after all? Your just might be a carnal Christian.
I wonder what happened to you between your book, SPIRITUAL POWER of CFP writings, and your days of reading Witness Lee’s versions (collected works). Something was lossed. A love for truth lossed. This has caused you to talk down to people as they do, removing humility from your life. Do not let yourself suffer from positivism, whereby you will say all kinds of nice things about the Leeists, but never deal the problems that never seem to go away. It has been over 50 years now. Don't exalt your emotion this way. How deceptive our emotions. Your opinion will not be sought, since your answers are dissatisfying, because I do not see you as authority in your attachment to Leeism for the reasons cited. You became upset because I realize this about you. You lacked humility. You could have easily repented. Isn't it damaging what this cult does to men? Divides.
May the Lord guide you in deliverance from these things that stem from PRIDE Randal Kulp. Sentinel, you must learn the valuable lesson of lifting others up by speaking the truth. This is how you have failed. And then realize, if they do not have an ear to hear, you may want to convince yourself with many verses but if a person doesn’t want to listen after reading only a few verses then why waste your time? Did the Messiah waste his time in such a way? I’ve said it many times before and I’ll say it many more times, people believe what they want to believe. Only the few who love true honest reason will listen to Truth. Jesus is not the way, the emotion, and the life, but the way, the truth, and the life.
Emotion has gotten the better of Sentinel in replace of his spirit as the guiding principle in his life, that keeps one in carnality. The reason we have the blood of Christ is because men will literally accuse us of holding the truth. All we need to recognize is that when a man starts appealing to emotion rather than truth, then you know there is a problem. To show this, clearly observe the words used for emotion sake, "dominant" (Sentinel misrepresentation), you need to "pray the Lord works it out" (Sentinel pride), "love you" (Sentinel's version of love), "had my fill" (Sentinel's emotion's not being satisfied), "detect an immature" (Sentinel's self-exaltation), "heavy cost" (not seeing the cost in others presuming it in himself, that is Sentinel), "I pray the Lord would give you grace to become a broken vessel" (when I am already broken, and daily evermore, but where is the brokenness of Sentinel's emotion?), "talking down" (Sentinel is talking down to others in his idol of LSM collected works that is deeply inwrought in his heart and spirit), and "critical of everyone except Nee" (a Sentinel untruth, since I am not seeking criticism, nor of everyone, nor have I been, but giving the truth of certain men's mistaken assumptions to benefit them, and not even of all men, just those related to Mirsreading Nee for that is what this section is about and that is what their first accusations were about needing to be responded to so as to preserve the truth about unchanging hearts), and "saints of the world" (Sentinel presuming certain men are saints when they are not).
Suffice it to say this is what a Christ-like spirit is too Sentinel, but we do not need to hold the same inordinate emotional views. What all this information is for, is to lift others up and prevent them from being exposed by exposing what they are holding onto, especially Sentinel's love for LSM collected works. This really explains what is underlying Sentinel's motivation as we observe the words he employs and reactions coming from the self.
Praise the Lord. Amen!
