  Understand Locality

What we are trying to teach here is that the Apostles who were directly chosen by God work regionally (e.g. churches of Judea) to appoint Elders of a locality (e.g. church of Jerusalem), and Elders of a locality approve the Elders of meeting places within the locality. We would like for people to understand this so the Apostles will organize the Church on this basis.

In order to accomplish this massive undertaking, the Apostles need to be in agreement about certain things in the word of God. 37 Questions have been agreed upon by Apostles so the Church can know who are the Apostles. The first 19 Questions the Elders ought to know to be appointed by the Apostles.

How do we get the Apostles to come together? That's the hard part. Everyone thinks they an Apostle in their respective denominations or view on the Church. Therefore, the solution is agreement through answering those questions at Biblocality forums that the Apostles have already agreed upon already.

Just like with Jesus and the original 12 Apostles, it began with 1, then 3 to the 12. Later there followed the 70, then the 120. After came the 3000 and the 5000. In the same way will the Apostles find agreement and globally work in their respective regions. There is no central organization, simply the agreement of the Apostles in setting up the churches (local expression of believers by city, town or remote area).
