"Eventually, God and man become a matching pair in the universe. This couple look like man, yet actually they are God. This is truly mysterious to the uttermost. This is God's highest and ultimate purpose in man," Witness Lee, The Dispensing, Transformation, and Building of the Processed Divine Trinity in the Believers (LSM: 1995) 9.
To say that God together with man looks like a man is confusion to the uttermost. This is demented to mingle God and man into one being and to say that being appears to "look like man," shows you why Witness Lee was never born-again.
Also, Mormons say God is 3 different beings, so that the word "God" represents something else rather than the Trinity of the Godhead of 3 Persons. Here, also, we see Witness Lee saying that God is two different beings as one being - God and men. Do you see how this depersonalizes God into an abstract grouping of men, one of them being Christ?
"Today, we are not only man; we are also God," Ibid. 9.
Are we really God? I don't recall creating myself. You can see why Witness Lee was not born-again. God is not God + man. X = X + Y is an invalid equation, unless you make Y=0, rendering men nothing, to control them, by placing them in passive slavery of Witness Lee's income source.
'The burden of this conference is very mysterious, especially the main point on God becoming man and man becoming God," Ibid. 37.
Not so mysterious, since man never became God! I don't find it mysterious that Witness Lee was unsaved. Nor do I find it mysterious that the 2nd Person of the Godhead broke into creation to die on the cross for my sins.
"We all must believe that we are God-men," Witness Lee, The God-Men (LSM: 1995) 10.
The reason that they must believe they are God-men (Jesus Christ incarnate, the only God-man) is because it increases the revenue to the lsm/lc cult by controlling gullible people. In order to get money from people, you first have to make them feel special with the product you are offering and that it is something that is needed, with some special teaching, no matter how bizarre. We all want to feel special, but we should not do so to the point where we must live a lie.
"Faithful Mormon males can expect to become gods one day and have their own planets to watch over. One Mormon prophet, Lorenzo Snow, claimed that man can become God. Snow stated, 'As man is, God once was: as God is, man may become' [Prophet Lorenzo Snow, quoted in Milton R. Hunter, The Gospel Through the Ages, pp. 105, 106]. Mormons believe that God was once a man with flesh and bones, who came to earth to have literal sex with the Virgin Mary to have the Christ child. Such an exaltation to becoming a god attracts many adherents to the Mormon faith. When we consider the written publications of Witness Lee and the Local Cruch, we read that we are already God" [Jim Moran, Light of Truth Ministries].
This teaching of leevites is the same old enticement as the fall from grace, "ye shall be as gods" (Gen. 3.5) to deify men.
