Honoo no Sogekimono Flame Sniper - Supremely weird - but that's what I've come to expect from Sailor Mars by now.  ^_^  In any case, it's a cool song bordering on "hard rock".  Unfortunately, it comes short, turning into more of a "hard pop".  The guitar riffs are good, but it seems like one was recorded and played back over and over.  If the guitarist was good enough to make it sound the same every time, more power to him/her.  Michie-san's vocals are quite good, with the sexy lilt in her voice.  Some say "slutty", I say "sexy".  Anyway, once it hits the pre-chorus, there's some strange effects that almost sound like intentional feedback - kind of a wailing "crunched" note.  The chorus is cool, where Michie-san is singing with her backup singers - or it could be just her dubbed over multiple times.  Aarrgh - I can't believe I used "dubbed" in connection with Sailor Moon - I must be shot . . .
