A Salt Spring Island accommodation for the budget minded backpacking & cycling enthusiasts. Valhalla is an organic fruit tree orchard located in the center of Salt Spring. We are between the Vesuvius and Long Harbour ferry terminals.

Salt Spring Island is a kayakers' paradise, play a round of golf or a game of outdoor tennis right at the end of our road just a leisurely 10-minute walk. Enjoy a 1st run movie at our historic Fritz Theatre just kitty corner from the tennis courts.

Take a 30-minute walk or bike to the famous Saturday Market in the Park (April- October) located in Centennial Park close by in downtown Ganges. Check out the Artcraft Summer Sale (June- September) or any one of the many galleries & shops or restaurant & pubs on island.

When you feel like a swim take your pick from The New Rainbow Road Indoor Pool, Vesuvius Bay Beach or St Mary's Lake all very close to Valhalla. We are also near to all other service providers including the Mary Hawkins Library.

We also sell our organic frozen apple juice for $3 a litre, you can drink some while watching the show horses that live next door.
