Medical Emergencies are something about which we don't like to
think,
but they do happen. Jim Thompson, a medical doctor who lives in
Prince
Edward Island, has prepared the following tips for boaters in Atlantic
Canada. (This document is used here with his permission.) We on
the British Columbia coast face almost the same conditions as those in
Atlantic Canada, so Jim has kindly allowed us to reprint this
information for our Valley Squadron members here on the West Coast.
