Bursary Funds
Bursary funds exist when funds exist. If you would like to make a donation to these funds, please
Contact the YAYA Office.
- Youth and Young Adult Ministry Bursary Fund
This fund was established by the Vancouver Presbyteries Youth Council in 1992, and since then has enabled many youth (13-18 year olds) to attend events that they could not otherwise afford. Events such as the May Youth Retreat, BC Youth Conference etc, are costly, and because of these cost factors, can be exclusive. In 2001, the decision was made to expand the fund to include the Presbyteries' Young Adult events, such as the Young Adult Retreat and other learning experiences.
Criteria:
- The applicant must be between the ages of 13 and 30.
