To register, participants can print off a registration form and mail it to the address below. For subject sessions, please include either a deposit of $250 Canadian or full payment of $1000 Canadian. For short courses, please include either a deposit of $250 Canadian or full payment of $750 Canadian. The registration deadline is June 1, 2010.
