VE7RBA was built by Brad VE7IA with help from his two son-in-laws, James, VE7JRT and Paul, VE7PTH in 1995. It was coordinated through the British Columbia Amateur Radio Coordination Committee (BCARCC). The Victoria Amateur Radio Repeater Organization (VARRO) is the club which represents this repeater. Many local amateur operators have contributed to this repeater.
