Youth
Rob is our youth pastor and has been here since 2003. He came from Wisconsin having served at a large ranch ministry for young men. Rob originally came from Connecticut, and loves being in Victoria and once again near an ocean. As much as Wisconsin is the heart of America, he prefers being near the sounds of seagulls and the smell of the salt air to the sounds of cows and smell of…er…the cows.
Rob was not always in ministry. He originally graduated from University or Richmond with a degree in finance and worked for a couple of large corporations before going to Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He as been work with youth and families in a ministry setting for about 10 years.

CARTS
Program
(Christian
Actions Reflecting the Spirit)
This
is a regular opportunity for youth to minister to the needs of the homeless.
We pull a number of carts containing food, clothing, sleeping bags and
warm or cold drinks depending on the weather. Given that we do this
each month, youth have been able to connect with the same people, and
faces have become familiar. God has been very good to us through this
ministry, and we trust that the lives of the the homeless have been
touched as well. I know that many of those who receive our food and
clothing look forward to us coming out!

Brownies and cookies go very fast on CARTS nights. Why not bring some home baked goodies when you come to church on a CARTS Sunday.
Journeys
At the heart of connecting with each other and growing closer to God
is having the opportunity to experience an adventure together. People
need to see each other at their best and worst over an extended period
of time to fully appreciate someone else. Friendships can be formed
for a life through just a few challenging but rewarding days together.
These Journeys proivde a wonderful opportunity to learn Christ's command
to "love one another."
