Rental Options

Structural breakdown and what's included with each level of use:

Studio Only: includes lighting grid, sofa, chairs, tables and air conditioner.

Studio with Cart: above mentioned plus Cart, VHS deck, mixer, 4 27 inch monitors and a PA system.

Studio with Cart and Kitchen: above mentioned plus fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Daytime Rental Rates

Daytime rentals are between the hours of 11am and 6pm. If you are requiring technical assistance an extra $13 with be added per hour of assistance used.

* If you are a non-profit you may submit a proposal for your event to Management, and if your program or event fits our mandate, we will consider waving the studio rental fee for you.

Evening Rental Rates

Evening Studio rentals include Studio, Cart and Kitchen with full bar service, as well as a Technician and Venue Manager in the flat rate.

Rental Terms

Bookings and money transactions are coordinated by the Operations Coordinator, as are Technicians and Venue Managers.
Dates are only considered secured when payment in full has been received and the contract is signed.
Cancellation of a booking requires 48 hour notice without penalty, 24 hours notice will result in the loss of $100 to client. No shows forfeit the entire amount paid to Video In.
Refreshments may be coordinated by the Operations Coordinator, with minimum 2 weeks notice.
Video In Studios must be assured that events do not place staff, guests, anyone in the building, or the facilities, in danger.
Facilities must be left in their original state. Changes can only be made with the prior permission of Video In.

* For Indie and Commercial bookings, Management reserves the right to charge a $140 security fee. This depends on the type of event you are hosting, and whether or not it is deemed a potential security risk to the facilities. Otherwise the above prices are as stands and are non-negotiable.

* Management reserves the right to refuse rental to parties deemed a security risk to facilities prior to making contractual agreements.
