Vancouver Island Region - Skate Canada / World's Legacy Fund
Grant Application

This grant is available to skaters competing in singles, pairs, dance and synchronized skating upon application for Western Qualifying and/or National Events. This grant is not applicable to Adult and High School/Collegiate Skaters.

Criteria:

  1. Skater/Team must be a member in good standing of a Skate Canada Club within the Vancouver Island Region.
  2. Skater/Team must train (at least 25% of the time) in a Vancouver Island Region - Skate Canada Club.
  3. Must participate in at least 1 Region function each year (ie: Seminar, Competition, Carnival, Grass Roots FTP, Community Skate) Roots FTP, Community Skate)
  4. Skater/Team must have competed at a Western Qualifying and/or National Event in the current skating season.
  5. Application must be signed by the skater's/team's Coach and Home Club Test Chairperson; to verify the accuracy of the application.
