It all started with a beautiful silver Persian alter named Lacey, or to be precisely correct, Aritzia Chantilly Lace. Lacey came to us from Marlene Dennis and both Marlene and Lacey remain very dear to us. Next, a void was left in our hearts by the passing of our well loved rescue cat Peanut. In the search to fill that void we were lucky to meet Leah Fowler of Kenkats. Leah gave us Montana, a beautiful red boy, a most generous gift, and I fell in love with him at first sight. Montana came home with me to be a Valentines Day gift for my husband Wayne. That was the start of our amazing journey. Leah has been a marvelous friend, mentor, and she is a superb example of a great breeder. Leah breeds for the love the animals, she is the most special person you could ever hope to meet. We also owe thanks to many other people who we have had the privilege to meet. To mention just a few: There is Marlene Dennis of Aritzia Persians, a wonderful friend and an absolutely fun person to show with, Melony O'Neill of Chinookwinds who gave generously of encouragement and friendship, and Sue Tally of Purrsia for friendship and unselfish offers of assistance. Lastly and certainly not least there are Lillian and Jennifer for their great tips on grooming and lessons about campaigning. We also give a special thanks to all the TICA and CFA judges that supported us in our first year of showing our tortoiseshell beauty RW SGC Kenkat Jellybean of Wallycats. They made this a year to remember, they gave freely of their experience and their knowledge. Cat people are the most generous people you could meet. If you are interested in Persian cats you need to know that they are wonderful friends, quiet, gentle and they require regular grooming. If you are interested in acquiring one of our available kittens we will want to get to know you better. Please use the 'eMail Us' button on any one of the web pages to send us an email. Tell us a about yourself, your family, and your pet history. We will also want to know your full name, email address and phone number. For some reason email makes it easy for you to forget these details. Best regards to all. Roma Anthony, Wallycats Cattery |
