How do we start the mediation process?

Seek a commitment from the other party or parties to consider mediation.

Arrange a no-charge initial consultation with Wayne Stilling, Mediator, to discuss whether mediation is appropriate and how to best proceed. Fees and the role of the Mediator will be discussed, and a Mediation Agreement will be completed for signature by all parties and the Mediator.

Mediation can proceed at any location convenient to the parties, including an office, a home, the Mediator's office or other suitable location.

Full disclosure of all relevant information, records, documents and statements should be exchanged between parties prior to commencement of mediation.

Co-mediation with other professionals (accountants, psychologists, counsellors, financial planners, business advisors, etc.) is available.
