Access to, and the use of the Western Canada High School Alumni Association (hereafter known as WCHS Alumni Association  "Message Board" is subject to the following conditions: Any person submitting their name, email address and message does so at their own peril and all names, email addresses and messages shall be deemed in the public domain. WCHS Alumni Association  or its Webmaster may restrict at will any material or messages deemed to be in poor taste or offensive and may without any prior notice remove such material or message from the "Message Board" including the name and email address of the offending party. Such offenders will be refused all future use of the WCHS Alumni Association  "Message Board". All users understand and agree that the WCHS Alumni Association , its members and Webmaster of the "Message Board" are not in any way responsible for any errors created or subsequent actions by any party resulting from the use of, or the posting of any message and shall hold the WCHS Alumni Association harmless in all circumstances.
