Summer 2003 - Single handed 36' motor sailboat, mainland coast of British Columbia, from Victoria to Prince Rupert and back.

Summer 2002 - Skipper of 36' motor sailboat from Victoria to West Coast Vancouver Island and back.

Summer 2001 - Skipper of 36' motor sailboat from Victoria to the North Coast and back.

Summer 2000 - Single handed circumnavigation of Vancouver Island in a 36' motor sailboat.

Summer 1999 - Skipper of 36' motor sailboat from Victoria to Barkley Sound and back.

Summer 1998 - Skipper of 36' motor sailboat from Victoria to Desolation Sound and back.

Fall 1997 - Skipper of 33' sailboat from Port Angeles to San Francisco. Off shore, non stop from Neah Bay to Drake Harbour.

1989 - 1998 - Fairwinds Sailing Association.

Responsibilities as Vice-commodore: on the water instruction in basic sailing and navigation skills; member checkout to skipper status for Cal 20, C&C 27, and Aloha 28 sailboats.

15 Years - Cruising in the Greater Victoria, Gulf and San Juan Islands area's. Cal 20, C&C 27, Aloha 28, Moody 36.

48 Years - Experience in row boats, canoes, kayaks, wind surfing, sailing dinghies, small power craft and sailboats.

1977 - Basic Sailing Course (Jibset, Vancouver, BC).

1990 - Coastal Navigation (Victoria Sailing Academy).
