Back on the NaNo Train
I'm afraid I've been rather lax this year about my NaNoWriMo writing schedule. My excuse is that life got in the way. But that's really no excuse because life will always get in the way. So I'm going to start posting my paltry word count so that friends and family can berate me for my lack of focus. Okay, that's the stick... now I just need to find the appropriate carrot.
NaNoWriMo Word Count: 3,958 down ~ only 46,042 to go (yikes!)
Music Note: Special Mocking Shadows performance on Wednesday, November 17 @ The Shamrock. $5 cover, all proceeds go to replace the gear that was stolen out of Mike Little's van: keyboards, vintage amps, monitors, etc. (Mike, one of two keyboard players for the Mocking Shadows, makes fabulous music on his Hammond B3 organ.)
