Yes! I know I'm writing a comment on a poll pertaining to the alleged death of Starbuck after it has been revealed to us she it most likely not dead. HOWEVER! in my defense the poll is not exclusively about the death or survival of Starbuck but also the circumstances surrounding her death or survival. It is on this aspect of the poll that I wish comment. Before it was revealed to us that she is mostly likely not dead it was my opinion that she was not dead because that would make all the talk of her having a destiny completely superfluous. If her destiny was simply to die it really doesn't deserve to be alluded to since pretty much everyones destiny is to at one point or another die. Although in the season finale we are given reason to believe she may be a member of the final 5 Cylons I don't believe that her destiny is to be a Cylon I just don't think it fits with the spirit of continuity of the original series. Even since the season finale it is still very possible that she could be a "head Starbuck" to Apollo or a Cylon. However I believe she is still alive to fulfill her aforementioned destiny which could be to find earth (as was said in the season finale) or could be something else.
