Shrimp, Shrimp, Glorious Shrimp
An acrostic poem for my shrimp-loving friends (and no, I'm not talking about characters from SpongeBob SquarePants), inspired by a recent conversation at Denny's of all places:
Sizzling, scintillating seafood delight,
Hunger abated, appetite sated.
Recipes for Pad Thai or Cajun Shrimp Stew
I know you'll find something to tantalize you.
Mouth-watering morsels in every bite,
Portions created, cravings then sated.
Some Shrimp Recipes just for you.
Enjoy!

Thank you for reminding me I have a bag of frozen shrimp waiting for me. I usually grill them with butter and garlic and eat them with linguine, or same recipe in creamy garlic sauce.
