I've started watching Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I may have been dissatisfied by the TV adaptation of Painkiller Jane, I may have been disappointed by the remake of The Bionic Woman, but I finally have my "women who kick ass" show! I have an appointment with my sleep doc on Wednesday, so I'm just going to wait and talk to him before I try anything further.

Haven't managed to duplicate my success yet. Slept for 5.5 hours each of the last two nights, but not straight through. Migrained yesterday, but think that was chinook not sleep restriction. Felt so much like Lupus fatigue that I expected it to act same way and not go away until I slept. Not so much. I guess pendulum can still swing back from bone deep exhaustion to overtired and wired.

Total hours slept: 5 out of 6.
