Rates and Reservations

We are an ALL YEAR ROUND RV Campground.

Reservations are available all year round but especially recommended between April 1st and Sept 30th. Customers may reserve for the Campground, up to 6 months in advance with a $50 deposit plus Reservation Fee of $6 plus GST.

Daily rates for the Campground are $35.00 (Can) + GST per night.

Weekly rates are $210.00 + GST

28 day rates vary between $495.00 (winter season) and $650.00 (peak season) + GST, depending on the site and season.

Peak season rates apply from 1st April. Winter season rates apply from 1st October.

NB: ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

A Cancellation fee of $12.00 plus GST applies if a reservation is cancelled within 3 days of the reserved date. The reservation fee of $6.00 plus GST is non-refundable.

If the Campground is fully booked at any time, the Westerner Park Overflow area can be booked, but must be paid for in full plus the Reservation fee.

Reservations can be accepted for the Gospel event in July of each year, up to 12 months in advance. All pre-bookings will be contacted in January or February of each year in order to complete the Reservation. Customers must reserve at least 1 week for this event to qualify for the Campground. If reserving the Overflow area for this event, a minimum of 4 nights must be booked. All Customers reserving for the Gospel Event must pay for the reservation in full, plus the Reservation fee.

Reservations for 1 or 2 nights, must be paid in full. For Reservations 3 nights or more, we will accept a minimum deposit of 1 night plus the Reservation fee.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
To reserve sites in the Campground, a minimum of 4 nights is required for the following events:
a) THE MANE EVENT - April
b) AUTO SWAP MEET - May
c) VICTORIA DAY WEEKEND - May
d) WESTERNER DAYS FAIR - Mid July
e) SUPER RUN - August Long Weekend
f) CHUCK WAGON - Mid August
All reservations for the above events are payable fully in advance.

For all long weekends, a minimum of 3 nights' reservations is required.

For all other weekends, a minimum of 2 nights' reservations is required. If customers opt to drive up without a booking, 1 night stays are accepted any time.

The Westerner Campground is usually fully reserved for most weekends of the Spring/Summer/Fall seasons, so reservations are highly recommended for this period.

We currently have 50 long term tenants living at the Campground. Please contact the Management if you are looking for long term residency.

We will be happy to place your name and phone number on our waiting lists for the Campground and the Overflow areas for the Super Run. When sites become available, we will phone those on the waiting lists.

PLEASE NOTE: Whenever the Campground is fully reserved, overflow parking (15 amp power only) for RV's is available in the Westerner Park Overflow area at $22 a night. Communal washrooms and showers, plus a sani drump with draining facilities, are available. Unserviced areas are available for parking at $15 a night. The Campground will reserve the Westerner Park Overflow areas only on a first come-first serve basis. Specific sites cannot be guaranteed or reserved. Patrons must pay at the Campground Office when checking in, to obtain the necessary pass for display on their RV.
