Volunteers are indeed the heart of the centre. The staff could not do what they do without the support of our wonderful volunteers.

We have a number of positions available for anyone who wants to volunteer with us. Volunteering gives you a sense of pride and achievement, while helping others and contributing to the community, and offers a great way to meet new people.

Some of the Volunteer opportunities include: Office Assistant, Front Office Reception, Thrift Store Attendant, Busy Bee Crafters, Hot Lunch Helpers, Bingo Helpers, Board Members, Committee Members, Outreach, Entertainers, Instructors, Bakers, and Income Tax Preparers. Please keep in mind that you do not need to be a senior or a member in order to volunteer at Edmonton Seniors Centre.
